Privacy Policy
In short: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the demo-request form or by email, and we use it only to respond to you. We do not sell it.
1. Who we are
Alarion ("Alarion", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at alarion.ai (the "Site"). Alarion is operated by Alarion AI Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel.
For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Alarion is the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@alarion.ai.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site only. The Alarion platform and plugins that our customers use to review case evidence are provided under separate written agreements, including a data processing agreement. Case materials that a customer uploads to the platform are processed on that customer's behalf under those agreements, not under this policy.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
If you ask for a demo, we ask for your full name, work email address, law firm and legal discipline. Firm size is optional. We do not ask for a phone number. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
3.2 Information collected automatically
The Site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. GitHub may log technical information about visitors, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in order to operate the service securely and comply with its legal obligations. Those logs are governed by the GitHub General Privacy Statement. We do not run our own analytics and do not receive visitor-level reports from these logs.
When you submit the demo form, your browser sends the form fields directly to Google Forms, a service of Google LLC, which records the submission and the time it was made. Google's handling of that request is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
3.3 Cookies and browser storage
The Site does not set cookies of any kind, and it does not use pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, advertising identifiers or analytics scripts.
The Site offers a "Pause animations" control. If you use it, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key named alarion-motion. That entry contains only the word "on" or "off", holds no personal information, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and can be removed at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Because it exists solely to honour a setting you asked for, it does not require consent.
3.4 Fonts and other resources
All fonts, scripts, images and styles used by the Site are served from alarion.ai itself. The Site makes no requests to third-party content delivery networks or font services when it loads.
4. How we use information, and our legal bases

We do not send newsletters or bulk marketing email to demo-form contacts, do not use your information for advertising, and do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Who we share information with
- Service providers. GitHub, Inc. hosts the Site. Google LLC provides the forms and email services we use to receive, store and answer demo requests and correspondence. Both are based in the United States and process information on our behalf under their service terms.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and similar advisers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety. Courts, regulators and law enforcement where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Alarion, our users or others.
- Business transfers. A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in California law. We have not done either in the preceding twelve months.
6. International transfers
Alarion's team operates in Israel and the United States, and our service providers are located in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers to Israel are covered by adequacy decisions of the European Commission and the UK government. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable) or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at the address in section 12.
7. How long we keep information
We keep demo-request details and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you. If you become a customer, the retention terms in your customer agreement apply instead. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
8. Your rights
8.1 If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing (including objecting to direct marketing at any time), and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8.2 If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law
You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of its sale or sharing (which we do not do), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
8.3 If you are in Israel
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review the information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected or deleted.
8.4 How to exercise your rights
Email contact@alarion.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within the time required by applicable law, which is generally 30 days, and 45 days for requests under California law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including serving the Site over HTTPS and restricting access to demo-request data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is intended for legal professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the Site does not track visitors, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat any such signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, neither of which we do.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed, and we will flag material changes on the Site. Questions or requests can be sent to contact@alarion.ai or by post to Alarion AI Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel.
